Cancellation
Plans don't renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your benefits end when the period ends.
Refunds
If you're charged but your plan doesn't activate, or you're charged twice, email us within 7 days for a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Banned accounts
Accounts banned for breaking our Terms are not eligible for refunds.
